Junior Mine Plan Engineer

Some of your duties will include:

• Lead by example – Seek opportunities to systematically support efforts in leading and improving safety in all areas of our business.
• Gaining and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the operation.
• Preparation of Mid and Short-term designs and schedules. Liaising with Mine Planning team to ensure that schedules are aligned with quarterly forecasts and the financial year operating plans.
• Create optimised, detailed final designs for lateral and vertical development.
• Monitor and track operational execution against mine plans. Highlight deviations to the plan and identify opportunities to catch up or exceed the plan.

What skills and experience do you need:

• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Have a POP-BNSP Competency Certificate, will be a plus.
• Having 2-4 years experience as Mine Engineer in Nickel Mining Industry.
• Able to create short term, mid term, and long term mining work models and plans.
• Monitoring and evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly planning.
• Proficient in using Minescape Application.
• Placement in remote area Sulawesi.
