Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Officer

CSR Officer for Mitrabara Group focusing on contributing to sustainable development by delivering economic, social, and environmental benefits for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
• Maintain and build good relations with stakeholders.
• Initiate & execute project planning for yearly CSR in accordance with current social mapping & regulations.
• Plan, budget, implement, monitor, and evaluate CSR activities to enhance the company's positive image.
• Implement community development programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Social Development and Welfare/Comdev/Management.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a CSR in the Plantation/Mining sector.
• Experience liaising with various stakeholders.
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Understanding of regulations related to mining permits.
• Experience in planning and implementing community development and property development projects.
• Experience with PROPER (Program Penilaian Peringkat Kinerja Perusahaan dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup), in accordance with Ministry of Environment and Forestry regulations.
