HR Business Partner Lead, Global Company

Reporting to the global HR lead, you will aid in the company's transformative journey, partnering with business leaders across Indonesia.

Our client is a respected global player in its line of business. They are currently seeking an HR Business Partner to support their transformation efforts.

Description

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and develop effective HR solutions.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Lead and support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with managers on employee development, coaching, and career progression.
  • Identify and address people-related needs proactively, including team dynamics, leadership support, and change management.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives through feedback collection, trend analysis, and action planning.
  • Advise on employee relations issues, ensuring fair application of policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, Compensation & Benefits) to implement tailored programs.
  • Monitor HR metrics to drive continuous improvement and report insights to leadership.
  • Promote company culture and values, acting as a role model at all levels.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related fields; Master's preferred.
  • 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, Indonesian labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with influencing ability.
  • Comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
