Job Description

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, focusing on positioning, budgeting, and lead conversion.
• Drive brand awareness and develop market positioning strategies to enhance the company's presence in the data center industry.
• Oversee market research and competitor analysis to help shape product strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
• Focus on B2B and enterprise marketing, and leverage expertise to enhance lead generation and conversion.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and lead the initiatives that contribute to product strength and uniqueness.
• Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives.

The Successful Applicant

• A degree in marketing or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in strategic marketing, particularly in B2B and enterprise-focused campaigns.
• Experience with organic marketing is a valuable asset.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the capability to execute plans effectively.
• Proven track record in managing or leading marketing campaigns within fast-paced and competitive industries.
