Job Purpose

Performs the installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools) under limited supervision. Requires decision-making within established procedures which usually involve the evaluation of basic alternatives such as the method of performing work or the sequence for performing assigned work.

Job Description

1. Install, test and repair new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment, tools).
2. Establish and maintain communication with a customer representative on issues related to job installation/testing procedures, equipment tooling and spare parts requirements, equipment and tooling function fit and critical technical data.
3. Provide sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job.
4. Assure all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to the Company’s Service Management.
5. Complete field documentation after the completion of each service job.
6. Provide project support as required for all new projects which include assisting with project Factory Acceptance tests and System Integration Testing.
7. Prepare and complete safety-related documentation. Pursue safe work practices.

You are meant for this job if:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent technical diploma.
2. Intermediate knowledge of one or more of the following fields: subsea electrical equipment, hydraulics equipment, mechanical equipment and tools, structural steel.
3. Minimum one year of experience or equivalent in field service technician role.
4. Ability to read and understand drawings.
5. Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
