About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven freelance professional skilled in developing engaging video ad scripts, persuasive copy, and applying the psychology of landing page design to maximize conversions. Expertise in Clickfunnels 2.0 is a significant plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop High-Converting Video Ad Scripts: Write compelling video ad scripts (for various platforms like social media, YouTube) that grab attention with strong hooks, clearly articulate the value proposition, and drive emotional responses leading to sales.
- Craft Persuasive Sales Copy: Develop engaging and emotionally resonant copy for landing pages, email sequences, and other marketing materials within Clickfunnels 2.0, strategically structured to guide the customer towards purchase.
- Understand and Implement Emotional Hooks: Identify and integrate effective emotional triggers (e.g., pain points, aspirations, desires, fear of missing out) in both video and text to connect with the target audience and motivate action.
- Apply Landing Page Psychology & CRO Principles: Understand and implement psychological principles (e.g., scarcity, social proof, anchoring, loss aversion) and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices in landing page design and content flow.
- Optimize Landing Page Structure & Flow: Design landing page layouts that logically guide visitors through the sales process, reduce distractions, build trust, and make the call to action clear and compelling. This includes understanding the strategic placement of elements like headlines, benefits, features, testimonials, guarantees, and calls to action.
- Integrate Visual and Textual Elements: Understand how visual elements on landing pages and in video ads work in conjunction with the script and copy to create a powerful and persuasive message. Provide guidance or suggestions on visual direction to enhance the emotional impact and conversion rate.
- Optimize for Clickfunnels 2.0: Write copy and develop video/landing page concepts that seamlessly integrate into Clickfunnels 2.0 sales funnels and landing pages.
- Collaborate on Lead Generation Strategies: Contribute creative ideas for lead magnets and content that align with emotional triggers and landing page optimization to attract qualified prospects.
- Develop Abandoned Cart Messaging: Craft compelling and emotionally intelligent messaging for abandoned cart recovery emails within Clickfunnels 2.0.
- Analyze Performance and Iterate: Work with performance data (including landing page analytics and heatmaps) to understand what resonates with the audience emotionally and what drives conversions, then refine scripts, copy, and landing page design for better results.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends in video advertising, copywriting, emotional marketing, and landing page optimization strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven Expertise in Writing High-Converting Video Ad Scripts: A strong portfolio showcasing successful video ad scripts that have driven sales or conversions.
- Demonstrable Experience in Writing Persuasive Sales Copy with a Focus on Conversion: A portfolio demonstrating the ability to write compelling copy for landing pages, emails, or other marketing materials that leads to conversions.
- Deep Understanding of Emotional Marketing and Persuasion Techniques: Ability to identify and strategically apply emotional hooks in marketing content.
- Strong Understanding of Landing Page Psychology and CRO Principles: Knowledge of how user behavior, psychological triggers, and design elements impact conversion rates on landing pages.
- Experience Optimizing Landing Page Structure and Flow for Sales: Ability to design and structure landing pages for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Understanding of Visual Storytelling in Video Ads and Landing Pages: Knowledge of how visuals and text work together for maximum impact.
- Familiarity with Clickfunnels 2.0 (Strongly Preferred): Experience integrating video and copy within the Clickfunnels 2.0 platform and designing effective landing pages within the builder.
- Excellent Storytelling and Communication Skills: Ability to craft engaging narratives and communicate ideas effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand how copy, video, and landing page performance relate to conversion metrics (including bounce rates, time on page, click-through rates).
- Self-Motivated and Organized: Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively remotely.
- Portfolio of Relevant Work: Please include links to your portfolio or specific examples of video ad scripts, sales copy, and landing pages you have created or optimized.
