About the role

Optimizing the Risk-Rewards Balance to support the achievements of GoFinance Organizational Objective within the boundaries of Credit and Fraud Risk for Merchant lending products. You will focus on driving the optimization of Risk adjusted return and writing the boundaries of sustainable portfolio growth.

What You Will Do

• Formulate credit risk policy for merchant lending, from whitelist strategy, credit underwriting, loan assessment as well as limit management.
• Continuously monitor and manage the achievement of Risk Appetite metrics.
• Ensure the effectiveness of currently prevailing credit risk policy/processes together with all the other relevant stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure that Credit and Fraud Risk policies and processes are applied consistently and thoughtfully as the organization continues to scale. This will include alignment with any parties within the GoTo ecosystem.

What you will need

• In depth knowledge of Merchant lending credit and fraud risk factors.
• Strong business acumen.
• Excellent project management skills.
• People leadership and effective stakeholder management.
• Effective articulation of thoughts in both English and Bahasa.
• Prior experience in Fintech Lending is a huge plus.
