Responsibilities:

  1. This position will report directly to the Operational Manager.
  2. Responsible for overseeing the full talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and development programs.
  3. Oversee Corporate Affairs, including employee relations and general affairs.
  4. Localize, support, and standardize Corporate HR policies, procedures, and processes for the Indonesia region.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Chinese Literature, or other related fields.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of working experience in HR, IR, or GA fields.
  3. Working proficiency in Mandarin (Minimum HSK4/5 out of HSK8).
  4. Good understanding of HR-related matters and regulations regarding employee resolution in Indonesia.
