Manager Finance & Accounting (Multifinance Company)

PT IFS Capital Indonesia is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Finance & Accounting Manager.

This key role within the finance and accounting division reports directly to the Regional Finance Lead. The position is based in Jakarta and offers an excellent opportunity to join the finance team of PT IFS Capital Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business and operational issues
• Prepare financial performance reports for management meetings
• Ensure compliance with regulation (OJK) reporting requirements
• Conduct financial analysis to support business and operational decisions
• Manage month-end closing processes, including financial, management, and statutory reporting
• Oversee costing activities
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• Prepare audit schedules and manage internal and external audit processes, following up with action plans
• Reconcile intercompany balances and handle year-end transfer pricing
• Manage cash flow forecasts, foreign exchange, and tax compliance
• Handle other ad hoc financial issues

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management with substantial exposure to overall finance functions
• Previous experience in a financing company is mandatory
• Good knowledge of local corporate, tax, and regulatory compliance
