Job summary

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for increasing sales performance through existing or new customers.
2. Build and maintain good relationships with customers by providing assistance, quick responses, and problem-solving.
3. Research the market for new customers and follow up on new product opportunities.
4. Prepare quotations, follow up on Purchase Orders (PO), and coordinate delivery to customers.
5. Conduct HORENSO (Reporting, Communication, and Discussion) with superiors.
6. Review and report customer sales achievements weekly and monthly to superiors.
7. Perform genba activities to investigate current conditions and provide customer service.
8. Prepare and submit Value Analysis (VA) activities.

General Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Chemical or Engineering majors.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written, with a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving license (SIM A).

Specific Requirements:

• Experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Industrial Lubricants.
• Knowledge of Industrial Lubricants.
• Willing to work at Cikarang Office in JABODETABEK area.
• Willing to undertake business trips.
• Willing to work at Kawasan Industri GIIC Cikarang Pusat.
