Job Description

Carry out improvement initiatives in Workshop Management:

• Analysis data to find improvement ideas (especially in automotive)
• Lead improvement projects
• Evaluate the implementation of the improvements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1): Engineering (Mechanical Engineering are preferable);
• Max. 3 years of experiences;
• Fresh Graduate are welcome;
• Understanding about Automotive is a plus;
• Skills needed: (a) Strong analytical and planning skills, (b) Good communication and presentation skills,(c) Excellent problem-solving skills, (d) Want to explore and has an urge to improve with the innovative or creative ideas.
