Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Workday Specialist with extensive experience in Workday functionality and stakeholder management to join our HR Technology team. You will be responsible for optimizing Workday modules, enhancing user experience, and driving process improvements across HR functions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Workday business processes, developing reports and dashboards, troubleshooting issues, and leading initiatives for system enhancements. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure Workday aligns with business objectives and operates efficiently.

As part of our team, you will work with cross-functional groups to deliver scalable solutions and support the evolution of our Workday environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Workday Functional Optimization
  2. Configure and maintain Workday business processes across modules like HCM, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  3. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Improve HR workflows to align with business goals and deliver value.
  5. Create and maintain reports and dashboards for HR metrics, providing insights to leadership.
  6. Support and troubleshoot Workday issues to ensure smooth HR operations.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

  1. Serve as the primary contact for senior leaders, providing guidance on Workday functionalities.
  2. Gather requirements and design solutions with cross-functional teams.
  3. Lead workshops and promote best practices for system adoption.
  4. Advise leadership on leveraging Workday for organizational performance.

Process Optimization and Change Management

  1. Identify automation opportunities to improve HR processes.
  2. Manage the rollout of new features and ensure user adoption.
  3. Support change management through documentation, training, and sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and support across modules.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience leading discussions and initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of HR workflows and process improvement capabilities.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Workday.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large-scale Process Optimization projects within Workday.
  • Familiarity with additional modules like Advanced Compensation, Learning, etc.
  • Technical skills in Workday Report Writing and analytics.
