Job Description

• Drive the implementation and development of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program.
• Ensure the proper execution of WCM pillars and problem-solving tools in alignment with WCM Central guidelines.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement for long-term, sustainable results.
• Monitor operational KPIs, analyze performance gaps, identify losses, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance employees' proficiency in WCM tools and techniques.
• Establish and uphold best practices and standards across the plant.
• Perform regular audits to ensure adherence to WCM standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Deep understanding of WCM pillars, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in process optimization, waste reduction, and problem-solving using Lean and Six Sigma tools.
• Ability to drive and sustain improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in methodologies like 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and FMEA.
• Ability to articulate ideas clearly and influence leadership and shop-floor employees.
