Key Responsibilities

Concept Development & Design Strategy – Develop interior design concepts aligned with branding, market trends, and project goals.

Space Planning & Functional Design – Optimize layouts for efficiency, aesthetics, and sustainability while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Material Selection & Procurement – Choose materials, finishes, and furnishings that balance quality, durability, and cost.

Project Management & Execution – Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication – Present designs, align with marketing strategies, and coordinate with construction teams.

Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality and consistency in design deliverables.

Cost Management & Value Engineering – Optimize design solutions for aesthetics, functionality, and budget efficiency.

Compliance & Documentation – Ensure designs meet regulatory standards and manage permits, approvals, and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

7+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools.

Strong project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Knowledge of material sourcing, cost control, and market trends.

Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
