Brand Manager Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for increasing sales and brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns.

Working alongside the Marketing team, the Brand Manager brainstorms ideas to improve sales and meet marketing objectives. They report on campaign results, monitor marketing trends and competitors’ products, and use this data to develop effective strategies for the brand. The role involves applying marketing and sales skills to promote products/services and engage customers/clients.

Responsibilities :
  1. Develop, present, and implement effective brand strategies.
  2. Create promotional strategies and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
  3. Monitor marketing trends, industry developments, and competitors to identify new marketing opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve sales and achieve marketing goals.
  5. Report on brand performance metrics.
Requirements :
  • Familiarity with the beauty, makeup, and cosmetics industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Brand Manager, preferably in retail business.
  • Strong understanding of marketing practices and trends.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, conduct research, and generate creative marketing ideas.
  • Energetic with a passion for teaching and motivating others.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
