Your Mission

Be the driving force behind our brand’s voice on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube—crafting scroll-stopping content that amplifies our luxury listings and elevates our digital presence.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a dynamic social media content calendar tailored to each channel
• Create engaging visuals, short-form videos, and copy that spotlight our properties and brand story
• Shoot and edit short UGC videos using your phone—solo or featuring influencers, models, or our in-house experts
• Work alongside our videographer and drone pilot to produce compelling multimedia content
• Suggest trends and new ideas to keep our content fresh and impactful
• Work with paid-ads teams to adapt high-performing organic content into paid formats
• Engage with our community: respond to comments and messages, build relationships, and foster a positive online atmosphere
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for increased engagement and lead generation
• Collaborate closely with the head of marketing, graphic designers, paid-social specialists, and other team members to align social efforts with business objectives

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in social media content creation, preferably within real estate or luxury sectors
• Strong copywriting skills and a portfolio that demonstrates creative, on-brand storytelling
• Hands-on experience with content editing tools like Canva and social scheduling platforms
• Familiarity with AI tools—and a willingness to learn more—to power video editing, copywriting, and image creation
• Fluent Indonesian and good English, with confidence to be in front of the camera and speak on video
• A growth mindset, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
