About the Role

GoTo is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst - Workday Advance Compensation to be a key strategic partner for our Group Reward and People Business Partners. The role will focus on enabling technology and develop the system solutions that support our HR processes aligned with GoTo’s Compensation Philosophy.

\nWhat You Will Do
  • Manage the Workday Advanced Compensation for our compensation review cycles including ownership of the cycle’s roadmap, postmortem review of past processes, enhancements design, build, testing, and rollout
  • Understand the Workday advanced compensation module system and process dependencies/ impacts and engage with all relevant stakeholders accordingly
  • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity within the system
  • Create and maintain system documentation according to industry standards
  • Lead system implementation or release activities, providing guidance and counsel on design solutions
  • Provide appropriate communication and training to support optimal user experience of Workday Advanced Compensation in the compensation review cycles
  • Create/modify Workday report templates according to Compensation & Benefits’ need
What You Will Need
  • At least 5+ years of work experience in Workday implementations
  • Experience in Workday administration, implementation, or system configuration
  • Proven analytical skills and keen eye for detail
  • Experience communicating effectively across teams in markets across the region
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing Workday Advance Compensation
  • Certification in Workday in one of the following modules: Advance Compensation, HCM, Reporting, Talent, Performance, or Absence Management
  • Experience in SaaS HR system configuration
  • Understanding of compensation best practices, compensation trends, and market benchmark data is a plus
