We're seeking a results-driven Event Digital Marketer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of digital marketing and live experiences, and knows how to turn online engagement into real-world attendance and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies for events, including email campaigns, social media, SEO/SEM, PPC, SOL, and content marketing.
  2. Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and registrations.
  3. Analyze audience data and digital metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  4. Collaborate with event and design teams to produce compelling promotional assets.
  5. Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize communication.
  6. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform strategy.
  7. Produce post-event reports with key performance insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  1. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the events or exhibitions sector.
  2. Strong knowledge of marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Zoho Social, etc.).
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  4. Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  5. Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  7. Chinese speaking is a strong added bonus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  2. Experience with B2B event marketing or large-scale events, conferences, and trade shows.
  3. Working knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
