Job Description
Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategy Manager to lead a team of pricing associates in executing our pricing strategy across all products in Traveloka. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience leading a team, and the ability to translate data into meaningful pricing actions. This position reports to the VP of Pricing.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of pricing strategies and experiments across all products in Traveloka.
  2. Guide team members to analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer behavior to optimize pricing decisions.
  3. Model pricing scenarios and forecast revenue impacts from pricing decisions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply and marketing to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  5. Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for further optimization.
  6. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on pricing effectiveness and market trends.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in pricing analytics or related fields.
  3. Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as SQL and Python is a plus.
  4. Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus on pricing decisions.
