Job description

Our client is a Construction company. Currently, they are looking for Site Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients and project partners to outline objectives, schedules, budgets, and resource needs.

Analyze technical documents and drawings to fully understand project goals and deliverables.

Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring alignment with design plans, safety protocols, and legal codes.

Monitor work progress through routine site checks, addressing issues and maintaining quality standards.

Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to manage logistics and resolve conflicts.

Offer engineering input to field teams regarding materials, design implementation, and construction methods.

Interpret technical drawings and clarify any inconsistencies during project execution.

Keep thorough project records including progress reports, technical logs, and updated schematics.

Prepare regular updates for stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and addressing any deviations.

Serve as the communication bridge between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Conduct safety reviews and ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.

Initiate safety audits and enforce improvements when non-compliance is identified.

Handle additional responsibilities as assigned to support project completion.

Job Requirements:

Educational background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum two years of on-site experience managing MEP installations in construction projects.

Confident English speaker with strong conversational skills.

Skilled in designing HVAC and mechanical systems.

Able to work across various project locations as needed.

Proficient in drafting and modeling using CAD and Revit tools.

Familiar with cost planning and estimation for electrical and mechanical scopes.

Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting.
