About the role

Join PT. TRANSNOVASI BANGUN PERSADA' as a full-time Product Manager based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the development and management of the company's products, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to achieve company objectives

Conduct market research, analyse customer feedback, and identify opportunities for product enhancements and new product development

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as engineering, design, and marketing to bring products to life

Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimisation

Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven decisions

Represent the voice of the customer and ensure products meet their needs

Communicate product updates and progress to key stakeholders

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the technology and/or software industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Proven track record of successfully launching and optimising digital products

Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Data-Driven Mindset: familiar with simple data analysis (SQL basic) for decision making.

UI/UX Fundamentals: understand user-centric design principles.

Tools: Figma, Jira, Notion, Clickup, SQL.
