Sales Executive – Beauty Brands (Offline Channels)

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our offline presence and drive sales performance.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners - salons, beauty clinics, cosmetic & beauty stores.
  2. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply team to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  3. Identify and approach potential new accounts, including specialty cosmetic & beauty stores, department stores, and high-end salons.
  4. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms with new and existing partners.
  5. Conduct regular market visits to assess potential opportunities and competitor activities, and track industry trends.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and brand awareness in offline channels.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  8. Provide training and product knowledge sessions for retail staff and beauty advisors.
  9. Analyze sales data, track performance, and report insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK); a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong network within the beauty retail and salon industry is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid SIM C or SIM A and willing to travel for market visits and client meetings.
  • Have own transportation (motorcycle).
