• Cut Costs & Improve Efficiency : Optimize freight rates, container usage, and reduce delays.
• Enhance Visibility & Accuracy : Improve shipment tracking and data quality with partners.
• Streamline Operations : Train teams, digitize processes, and deploy audit systems.
• Drive Collaboration : Work with global and local teams to resolve issues and align strategies.
• Strengthen Vendor Relations : Lead reviews and maintain strong logistics partnerships.

  Skilled in aligning commercial strategies with operational feasibility to drive business outcomes.

• Technical Proficiency
  Familiarity with systems such as SAP, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a strong advantage.
