Able to develop new business and maintain an existing customer base.

Maintain good relationships and handle customer complaints effectively.

Build, maintain, and expand the customer database.

Be initiative, proactive, aggressive, outgoing, and well-organized in work planning.

Job Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in FREIGHT FORWARDING / NVOCC.

Experience in Sales/Marketing for Export & Import trade (USA, Asia, Latin America, Europe) for FCL, LCL, Air, and Value Added Services (VAS) such as Trucking, Customs Clearance, Insurance, etc.

Having an existing customer base is required.

Languages: English and Bahasa.

Good PC skills.

Full-time position.

Hybrid working environment; must have a personal laptop.
