About the job MICE Account Manager (Tour & Travel Company)

On behalf of our client, a prominent and well-established Tour & Travel company, we are currently seeking a MICE Account Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their incentive program goals, budgets, and preferences.
  • Develop and design tailored incentive travel packages that meet the clients objectives, whether it's rewarding employees, clients, or partners
  • Ensure that programs align with the client's brand, culture, and reward structure.
  • Work with clients to understand their budgets and find ways to maximize the value of the incentive program without exceeding the financial constraints.
  • Identify and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors to deliver high-quality services and experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry, especially managing corporate incentive programs or MICE events.
  • Strong motivation to acquire new sales and expand client databases.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in incentive programs, team-building activities, and destination experiences.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable contracts with vendors to secure the best deals for clients.
