Job Description :

1. Checking cash in and cash out
2. Coordinate with Sales regarding payments and incoming money
3. Have a sense of ownership and responsibility for work
4. Perform tax calculation of PPh21 and Business Entity
5. Checking petty cash, reimbursement, and financial records
6. Perform bank reconciliation (checking account) and manage cash in/out
7. Ensure completeness and payment of vendor and sales invoices
8. Compile monthly financial reports and balances
9. Supervise Admin Finance, ensure work is completed on time
10. Able to input and monitor MCM Payment data

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting (S1)
2. Have experience within 3-5 years in the same field such as Finance, Bookkeeping, or related positions.
3. Have worked in a public accounting firm or financial firm
4. Have a Tax Brevet A & B certificate
5. Accustomed to working in a start-up and travel agent environment
6. Have good communication skills
7. Able to work professionally and have high initiative
8. Have high accuracy, leadership, and ownership spirit
9. Able to work collaboratively and lead a team
10. Able to join immediately and be placed in Denpasar - Bali
