Job Descriptions
- Research companies to contact.
- Initiate relationships with potential Managers or CEOs.
- Craft emails to convey the value of our HRIS and book introductory meetings.
- Make cold and warm calls to follow up or preempt email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, including demos and closing.
- Experiment with outreach strategies to identify successful approaches.
- Collaborate with engineering and customer success teams to deliver product feedback and feature requests.
- Identify new opportunities in Accounting or HR Software markets to expand our footprint.
- Work with marketing to discover and set appointments from leads.
- Utilize strong selling and influencing skills to set qualified appointments.
- Log, track, and maintain customer contact records.
- Participate in community networking activities to promote our software solutions.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence speaking with mid-level and senior executives.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, results-focused, scrappy, and competitive.
- Desire to drive results and improve daily.
- Prior experience in selling or marketing is a plus but not required.
- 1-2 years of experience in cold calling and selling SaaS or IT products (SMEs/SMBs) is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Track record of over-achieving quotas is a plus.
- Proficient with productivity tools and web presentation software.
- Positive attitude, hustle, resilience, and openness to feedback.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to self-manage.
- Experience selling to HR Managers, CEOs, Accountants, or Finance Managers is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a small, distributed team.
