Job Description: Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain inbound, outbound, and inventory processes in the warehouse.
2. Organize, coordinate, and supervise subordinate tasks according to company SOPs.
3. Manage resources for warehouse and transportation activities, including personnel, vehicles, equipment, and assets.
4. Improve warehouse activities, including forecasting.
5. Create reports and analyze warehouse performance.
6. Coach underperforming staff.
7. Resolve warehouse, logistics system, and customer issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma degree in any major.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse management.
• Clear understanding of logistics, warehouse, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
