Job description

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Assist in pursuing and implementing the promotional programs that have been created.

Cooperate and establish good relationships with Distributors and Outlets to develop sales.

Carry out functions such as recruiting, training, and motivating the team in the area to achieve targets.

Create sales and marketing plans based on specified targets and budgets.

Control and monitor the development of the area of responsibility.

Open new market opportunities to increase sales targets.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or Marketing.
  2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty industry.
  3. Understanding of the area and familiarity with distributors.
  4. Experience in managing sales teams across multiple areas.
  5. Professional and neat appearance.
Technical Skills:
  1. Product knowledge in cosmetic or beauty products (preferable).
  2. Technical selling skills.
  3. Digital marketing and e-commerce.
  4. Data analysis.
  5. Customer relationship management.
Non-Technical Skills:
