About The Role

As a Region Merchant Partnership & Activation Manager, you will play a critical role in strengthening merchant relationships, driving expansion projects, and enhancing merchant engagement strategies in your region. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve merchant activation and partnership effectiveness.

What You Will Do
  1. Analyze market dynamics, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights to refine regional merchant strategies.
  2. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance merchant engagement, activation, and long-term partnerships within the region.
  3. Lead secondary city expansion initiatives, ensuring the successful onboarding and activation of merchants in new areas.
  4. Identify operational inefficiencies in the sales region team, lead problem-solving sessions, and propose actionable recommendations to improve merchant activation and partnerships.
  5. Manage the Region Dashboard, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for regional teams.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product, to drive merchant engagement and optimize the merchant lifecycle.
What You Will Need
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or project management, with a focus on market analysis and competitive dynamics.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to lead sessions and propose actionable changes.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to manage teams and act as Region Sales Senior Manager when needed.
  • Expertise in managing dashboards, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights.
  • Strategic thinking and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in leading expansion projects and improving sales processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, competitor activities, and sales operations.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
