Project Cost and P&L Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsible for managing project costs, supporting quotations, analyzing profit and loss, providing financial data, and improving cost control processes.

Key Duties:

1. Organize and monitor project costs, identify risks, and find savings.
2. Support sales with cost estimates for bids and quotations.
3. Analyze project profit and loss regularly and suggest improvements.
4. Collect and report project financial data to support decisions.
5. Help build and improve cost control processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or Supply Chain (preferred).
2. 5+ years of experience in project finance or cost management, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
3. Strong skills in cost accounting, financial analysis, profit and loss analysis, and project data review.
4. Familiar with project management processes and budget control systems in medium/large companies.
5. Proficient in Excel, PPT, financial tools, and ERP systems (preferred).
6. Strong logical thinking, data sensitivity, and good communication skills in Chinese, English, or Indonesian.
