You will
- Oversee, unite and motivate an international team of 20 to 25 employees, including evaluations, training with the University of Talents, and development opportunities.
- Coordinate all reception activities.
- Inform, coordinate, and organize the guests' stay to meet their expectations.
- Develop local sales within the resort.
- Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and oversee maintenance of the resort's assets.
- Unite and motivate your teams around the defined objectives and support their development.
