Customer Engagement

  • Manage favorable commercial relationships with assigned accounts to promote customer satisfaction, business growth, and profitability.
  • Ensure all assigned accounts are managed and developed in line with established strategies and key performance indicators.
  • Conduct business reviews, analyze opportunities and risks, and recommend actions to management.
  • Ensure smooth business implementation and SOP handover to operations, with ongoing compliance monitoring.
  • Perform process monitoring to ensure operational compliance and follow-up with relevant parties.
  • Set objectives for each assigned account.
  • Ensure successful client integration through collaboration with operational teams.

Accounts Management

  • Participate in scheduled customer review meetings (monthly, quarterly, annually).
  • Prepare for and ensure the effectiveness of review meetings, involving relevant stakeholders.
  • Distribute meeting minutes and follow up on corrective actions, especially for key accounts.
  • Timely escalate customer concerns or complaints to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support client integration efforts with operational teams.

Opportunity Management

  • Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory and target segments.
  • Achieve monthly opportunity targets.
  • Track all opportunities through CRM system.
  • Follow tender management processes for RFQ opportunities, including strategy and alignment.
  • Coordinate strategic bid prioritization with product and regional teams.
  • Analyze and share post-bid reports, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Quality & Performance Management

  • Collaborate with operations to enhance performance and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate data in sales systems and monitor customer applications.
  • Assist finance in achieving DSO targets.

Additional Tasks

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
  • Adhere to the Code of Conduct of the DSV Group.
