Job Description

Manage accounting and tax processes for multiple clients from different industries.

Ensure all client bookkeeping is accurate and follows PSAK standards.

Review journal entries, bank reconciliations, and trial balances.

Oversee the preparation and filing of monthly VAT (SPT Masa PPN) and withholding tax (PPh) reports.

Communicate with clients to gather documents, clarify transactions, and resolve tax issues.

Supervise and encourage team members in explaining monthly financial and tax reports for each client.

Act as the main contact for accounting and tax matters for assigned clients.

Provide basic tax and accounting advice when needed.

Ensure all client tasks are completed on time and meet agreed deadlines (SLA).

Support clients during audits by preparing necessary documents.

Keep client records organized, up-to-date, and ready for review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance from a reputable University
• 4-7 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proven experience as a leader for at least 1 year.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
