Research Quality Executive (Contract 12 Months)

Assist in the management, review, and evaluation of clinical research Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in Siloam Hospitals Group.

Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for SOP improvements and compliance.

Support the quality assurance & control reports during clinical research monitoring visits in Siloam Hospitals Group.

Assist with administrative tasks related to legal and miscellaneous archives of the clinical research department.

Maintain organized records and manage research-related paperwork efficiently.

Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders; ability to work cross-functionally.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• Experience in clinical research or a research-related healthcare setting is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with paperwork and documentation management.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Full WFO, Position: Siloam Hospital Group, Lippo Karawaci. Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
