A leading company in water and air solutions seeks a Product & Booth Strategy Assistant Manager. The role involves developing product strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with teams to launch products. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in marketing and product management, with exceptional analytical and project management skills.
Develop & applies comprehensive product strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Conduct market research & analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal) to launch products to market.
Branding Booth Management:
Build & applies strategic plan for mobile and branding booth operations.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Promotion & Marketing:
Create & applies marketing campaigns to promote products & services.
Collaborate with the marketing communication team to create compelling messaging and branding.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in product management, customer promotion, sales or related field.
Advanced Excel & Power Point Skills.
Strong analytical & problem solve Skills.
Strong Project Management & Organization Skills.
Have a great understanding of customer needs and market trends.
Experience with CRM Software.
Possesses a strong data analysis mindset for strategic decisions.
Background industry experience in FMCG, Home Appliances, or Retail would be a plus.
