Job Description:

Currently our client, a renowned brand in the E-commerce industry, is seeking an Industry Operations Manager to join their team, as outlined below:

  • Capable of identifying and determining sales strata based on product categories, profitability, and other factors.
  • Possesses strong abilities to monetize and convert demand for local Indonesian commodities. This includes insights into commodity demand trends, category output planning, and setting gross profit pricing strategies to block competitor products.
  • Leads multiple departments to develop a comprehensive commodity listing plan, coordinating product development, supply chain, sales channels, and integrated marketing efforts.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in the Indonesian market with deep knowledge of local industry dynamics and brand strategies.
  • Experience in offline sales.
  • Capable of managing the sales process from product selection and distribution planning to developing sales strategies.
  • Sharp insight into product categories and sales chains, facilitating effective navigation of emerging trends in the Indonesian market.
  • Experienced with products in Cleaning Tools & Detergents.
