Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and expand the company's digital presence.
- Manage, execute, and ensure correct store setup including product listings, pricing, promotions, storefront decoration, affiliate commissions, livestreams, etc.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to avoid shortages or oversales.
- Develop and execute targeted digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimisation (SEO).
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI and store visibility.
- Explore platform promotional campaigns (Flash sale, subsidy, etc.) and perform submissions through seller center or with an account manager.
- Perform administrative tasks such as payment processing and data documentation.
- Maintain communication with account managers to explore growth opportunities and promotions (subsidy, exposure, campaigns, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, affiliate and campaign results to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Recap data (sales, expenses, etc.), prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous store and sales optimization.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing and operating E-Commerce stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada.
- Minimum 2 years of combined experience as a key account manager on Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada.
- Proven track record in optimizing listings, running ads, and increasing online sales.
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools for sales and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, web analytics, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and implement new ideas.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
