About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Tour Operation Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Citra Berkat Inspirasi Wisata, a leading travel agency located in Tangerang Banten. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional travel experiences to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of diverse travel packages, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Liaising with suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best deals and ensure the seamless execution of travel arrangements
• Providing outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, handling bookings, and resolving any issues that may arise
• Conducting research to stay informed on industry trends, destinations, and new travel offerings
• Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to travel bookings and client information
• Collaborating with the wider team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the business

Requirements

• Minimum SMA or Diploma Degree (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• 1 year experience in related field is an advantage
• Maximum age 25 years old
• Honest and good attitude
• Creative, productive, and energetic
• Willing to work extra hours
• Fluent in written and spoken English is an advantage
• Good communication skills in verbal and written forms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang City (near Soekarno Hatta airport)
