Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all document filing related to finance and bookkeeping.
2. Ensure financial reports are aligned with reported Monthly Tax Returns (SPT Masa).
3. Create and input journal entries and necessary adjustments.
4. Prepare monthly debt and receivable reports.
5. Perform hardcopy filing and scan softcopy of transaction documents.
6. Possess good English language skills.
7. Knowledge of transfer pricing documentation is a plus.
8. Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited university.
9. Understand accounting principles, finance, and taxation.
10. Proficiency in financial and tax software such as Accurate, Coretax, E-SPT, E-Filing, E-Billing is a plus.
11. Honest and systematic in work approach.
12. Strong analytical skills, result-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possess integrity.
14. Immediate availability to join.
15. Placement in Medan and Jakarta.
