Qualifications

Our Sidoarjo and Malang plants are seeking Human Resource Supervisors. Details are as follows:

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the updating, monitoring, and evaluation of procedures and systems related to industrial relations.
• Ensure smooth industrial relations, compliance with labor laws, Employee Handbook, and best practices, including diversity initiatives.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders related to employment.
• Supervise operational processes such as attendance reporting, payroll, tax deductions, and related matters; manage employee insurance claims; periodically review work contracts.
• Oversee performance review processes, goal setting, and feedback sessions (KPI & Performance Management).
• Ensure implementation of People Development, monitor training needs, and evaluate training programs.
• Support organizational development initiatives by analyzing workforce capabilities and identifying skill gaps.
• Facilitate change management, drive cultural alignment, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Supervisor.
• Proficient in laws and regulations, PPH21, labor relations, and relevant laws.
• Experience in training program development and change management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good analytical thinking and self-driven.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speakers preferred.
