This job in a nutshell

We are currently looking for a person to manage a team of 4 Business Development Managers in Indonesia.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business targets
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team
  • Forecast sales and prepare regular reports for management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with leadership roles
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market trends
  • Experience with various sales methodologies and consultative selling
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and motivation skills
  • Strategic thinking and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
