As An Area Sales Supervisor, You Will
  1. Be responsible for the level of distribution & business development in the area under your responsibility.
  2. Be in charge of development of areas that have not been covered.
  3. Conduct weekly and monthly sales analysis.
  4. Monitor distributor stock buffers and MPO (Monthly Purchase Order).
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience with proven track record in managing sales teams, preferably in FMCG or Beauty Industry.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proficiency with laptop applications, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Deep knowledge of the assigned market and existing relationships with local distributors and retailers.
  5. Strong database management skills in both GT and MT categories.
  6. Willingness to travel outside the area as needed.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
