Job description

We are looking for a young and energetic candidate who can not only supervise but is willing to work at the ground level. The ideal candidate should have a fair knowledge of Indonesian HR and Administration (IR) regulations/policies and be willing to create a robust HR environment for the company.

Educational/Technical Background: Graduate degree with relevant experience or specialization in an HR-related field. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PPT, Word). Moderate knowledge of English is required. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential. A legal background, along with work experience in the HR domain, will be preferred.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies for the organization in line with regulations.
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans, develop training and development programs, and assist in performance management processes.
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations.
  • Calculate payroll on a monthly basis, including statutory payments (BPJS, etc.), ensuring timely remittance of funds.
  • Assist management in operations and administrative activities.
  • Manage discipline and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • Assist various departments in the implementation of various initiatives.
