Create your own product roadmap and spearhead the development of the product within the team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals, working closely with cross-functional teams and fellow product managers.
- Own the team's OKRs and drive the product roadmap, ensuring strong collaboration with stakeholders across functions.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle—from prioritization and definition to execution, launch, and performance tracking.
- Translate user needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for design and engineering teams.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Leverage data to inform decisions: define key metrics, build dashboards, and perform analysis to measure success and guide improvements.
- Build strong partnerships with engineering, business, and leadership teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
Candidate Profile
Required qualifications include:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in handling Investment or Money Management products.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, especially within fast-moving, consumer-facing tech environments.
- Background in investment or consulting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complexity into actionable solutions.
- Familiarity with data analytics, design thinking, user research, and agile development practices.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills—able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders with minimal oversight.
- A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes.
