Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting
   • Oversee the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
   • Ensure all financial reporting complies with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
2. Budgeting and Forecasting
   • Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s annual budgets and financial forecasts.
   • Conduct variance analysis, providing recommendations to management for corrective actions as needed.
3. Financial Analysis
   • Perform financial analysis to support the company's strategic planning and decision-making processes.
   • Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize overall financial performance.
4. Compliance and Auditing
   • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations and standards.
   • Coordinate internal and external audits, and manage any findings or recommendations resulting from the audits.
5. Cash Flow Management
   • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for smooth operations.
   • Develop strategies to optimize cash flow and improve working capital management.
6. Tax Planning and Compliance
   • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
   • Develop tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in finance and accounting managerial roles.
• Experience working with Big 4 public accounting firms.
• Prior experience in the Property, Real Estate, or Developer sectors is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity and strong attention to detail.
