HR Compensation and Benefit Sr. Staff (HRIS Sunfish)

Minimum qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
  2. Fluent in both written and spoken English
  3. At least 4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and payroll in multinational or major Indonesian companies
  4. Experience using HRIS (Sunfish)
  5. Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta

Job Descriptions:

  • Maintain and update employment database in HR Information System related to Compensation and Benefits (e.g., packages, contracts, prorates, new hires, resignations, salary and allowances)
  • Inform employees about benefit options and monitor usage
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting for system integration, payments, and deductions
  • Update employee records with relevant information (marital status, years of service, insurance, BPJS number, etc.)
  • Handle all reimbursement procedures for compensation and benefits
  • Liaise with HR regarding employee information such as leaves, sick days, and work schedules
  • Manage payroll processing and prepare monthly reports, ensuring journal salary interfaces based on G/L account categories
  • Reconcile and process payments for taxes, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Pension in coordination with Finance
  • Respond to employee queries related to compensation, benefits, taxes, and payroll deductions
