Marketing Executive Corporate Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive Corporate Business Development Manager to join PT. Tirtamas Coldstorindo Logistik in Krian, East Java. This full-time role involves driving new business development and expanding our cold chain logistics solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and pursue new corporate clients and strategic partnerships to increase market share.
  2. Assist management in developing long-term strategies and collaborate with teams to implement company strategies.
  3. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote our services.
  4. Generate and nurture sales leads through networking and relationship building.
  5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  6. Collaborate with operations, finance, and customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  8. Report on sales performance, pipeline, and strategic initiatives regularly.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within logistics or cold chain industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales techniques.
  • Degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
