Job Description

  • Manage daily operations in all F&B outlets to ensure excellent service and quality.
  • Lead and train the team to deliver friendly, professional service.
  • Work with the chef and bar team to create appealing menus and drink lists.
  • Monitor budgets and control costs to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by handling feedback and maintaining high standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in all areas.
  • Plan promotions and special events with the marketing team to attract more guests.
  • Ensure all legal and brand standards are followed.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of F&B management experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of food, drinks, and current trends.
  • Financial knowledge (budgeting, cost control).
  • Fluent in English
