Job description

Communicate with top merchants closely and drive their GMV/sales growth with monthly, quarterly, and annual planning on core products.

Negotiate with merchants over SKU pricing and project collaboration, amplify merchant participation in sales promos to achieve mutual growth, while sharing advice on promo optimization.

Initiate playbooks to help merchants grow through ads and other new projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with working experience in gadget or digital categories, and around 1-3 years of work experience.

Good communication and negotiation skills, fluent in both written and oral English & Bahasa; Mandarin is a plus.

Good at managing projects and working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
